Kettle Moraine Laser Fastpitch Club

We are looking for quality youth fastpitch coaches to continue the outstanding tradition of the Kettle Moraine Girls Fastpitch Program.  As a developmental youth program for 8 through 18 year old girls.   We are looking for coaches with knowledge of the game AND the ability to: 

• teach skills/fundamentals;
• effectively communicate with players/parents;
• and motivate young girls in a positive and constructively fun environment.  

More so than the number of wins or losses, we are concerned with the fundamental skill development of the players and concept of teamwork in a competitive environment.
