We work closely with the Kettle Moraine High School coaching staff to develop and prepare our players for the KM High School program.
It is the mission of the Kettle Moraine Lasers Fastpitch Club (“KMLFC”) to develop skilled and passionate athletes who conduct themselves with integrity and respect, representing the Kettle Moraine community in a positive manner and become leaders on and off the field. It is also the goal of the club to serve the community by providing talented, prepared athletes who will be an asset to the high school programs.
The KMLFC is a club Softball program for girls ages 6 to 19 that demonstrate advanced skills for their respective age level. We are committed to the development and teaching of Softball fundamentals and we desire to provide a positive team experience while learning the skills physically and mentally required to participate at a high level of competition.
Our program will emphasize hard work, hustle, dedication and teamwork to achieve our goals. With this, our ballplayers will be in a position for success as a player and individual.
The KMLFC wants our ballplayers and parents to enjoy the game. Sportsmanship, respect, dedication, team play, hard work, and fun are the cornerstones of our program. The KMLFC will play in both regular season league games and tournament games. The KMLFC will always have the best interest of its player’s long term future at heart and will not compromise this interest for any reason.
As a club program, equal playing time is not a mandate, but encouraged at the younger levels along with rotations to a variety of positions. Even at the advanced levels, reasonable effort will be made to have each athlete participate in every game. Playing time will be determined by the coaches based on a variety of factors including attendance at practices and games, performance, work ethic, attitude and coaches’ overall evaluation.
