The Kettle Moraine Lasers Fastpitch Club is the premier Select Youth Organization serving the Waukesha County area to include the following communities of Delafield, Dousman, Genesee, North Prairie, Wales, Waukesha, Hartland, Pewaukee, and more.
We work closely with the Kettle Moraine High School coaching staff to develop and prepare our players for the KM High School program.
Congratulations to 2023 High School Senior, Hanah Stark, who received the KM Lasers Fastpitch Scholarship. Hanah was a part of our Laser Fastpitch Program for many years and was a constant presence in the outfield for Coach Graf's varsity team. We wish Hanah the best as she heads to college in the fall.
Congratulations to KM High School Senior, Katie Cervenka, who received the first ever KM Lasers Fastpitch Scholarship. Katie was a former KM Jr. Laser player and has continued to contribute to the organization as an assistant coach over the past few years. We wish Katie and all of the KM Softball seniors as they start a new chapter.
It is the mission of the Kettle Moraine Lasers Fastpitch Club (“KMLFC”) to develop skilled and passionate athletes who conduct themselves with integrity and respect, representing the Kettle Moraine community in a positive manner and become leaders on and off the field. It is also the goal of the club to serve the community by providing talented, prepared athletes who will be an asset to the high school programs.
The KMLFC is a club Softball program for girls ages 6 to 19 that demonstrate advanced skills for their respective age level. We are committed to the development and teaching of Softball fundamentals and we desire to provide a positive team experience while learning the skills physically and mentally required to participate at a high level of competition.
Our program will emphasize hard work, hustle, dedication and teamwork to achieve our goals. With this, our ballplayers will be in a position for success as a player and individual.
The KMLFC wants our ballplayers and parents to enjoy the game. Sportsmanship, respect, dedication, team play, hard work, and fun are the cornerstones of our program. The KMLFC will play in both regular season league games and tournament games. The KMLFC will always have the best interest of its player’s long term future at heart and will not compromise this interest for any reason.
As a club program, equal playing time is not a mandate, but encouraged at the younger levels along with rotations to a variety of positions. Even at the advanced levels, reasonable effort will be made to have each athlete participate in every game. Playing time will be determined by the coaches based on a variety of factors including attendance at practices and games, performance, work ethic, attitude and coaches’ overall evaluation.
